Oversee medical research, analytics, and clinical operations for PCB. Ensure timely diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of players.
Player Fitness & Awareness
Develop health/fitness plans for national & regional players. Educate on nutrition, injury prevention, and performance enhancement.
Coordination & Leadership
Supervise physiotherapists, trainers, and medical staff. Collaborate with hospitals and international facilities.
Database & Rehabilitation
Maintain player medical records and track rehabilitation progress.
