Detailed Role Requirements
1. Education & Experience
- Education: Minimum of an Intermediate qualification. Certifications in Graphic Design or Digital Media are acceptable.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
2. Technical & Creative Skills
- Software Proficiency: Must be an expert in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Design Ability: Must have strong creative skills to produce visually impactful and engaging content.
3. Personal Attributes & Work Environment
- Deadline-Oriented: Must thrive under pressure and tight deadlines in a fast-paced sports environment.
- Flexibility: Must be willing to work outside standard 9-to-5 hours, including weekends, to support live matches and events.
- Team Player: Ability to provide real-time graphic support as part of a larger media and events team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Designing and developing engaging graphics for PCB and PSL social media.
- Creating daily content, including promotional posts, match announcements, and event visuals.
- Providing real-time graphic support during live match coverage and events.
