Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Karachi is inviting applications for various managerial and officer-level positions. The application deadline is 25th September 2025.
1. Available Positions & Key Requirements
| Position Title | Key Qualification Requirements | Required Experience |
| Manager Strategy | Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Admin/Management. CFA/MBA from a top business school preferred. | Min. 4 years in a managerial/consulting role (real estate, infrastructure, urban development). Must have experience with financial models and market trend analysis. |
| Manager Business Development | Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Admin from a top business school. Specialization in BD/sales preferred. | Min. 4 years in sales, marketing, or business development (real estate preferred). Proven track record in generating new business and client relationships. |
| Manager Finance | BBA/MBA (Finance) or CA/FCCA (with Big 4 training background). | Min. 4 years as Finance Manager. In-depth knowledge of accounting, reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. |
| Manager Cogeneration (Finance & Planning) | BBA/MBA (Finance). CA/FCCA is preferred. | Min. 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in industrial/energy/manufacturing. Expertise in planning, analysis, and cost control. |
| Assistant Manager Finance | CA (in progress) or ACCA (Member), both with Big 4 training. | 2 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. |
| Assistant Manager Business Development | BBA/MBA (Marketing/Supply Chain/Management) from a top business school. Master’s in Economics is a plus. | 2 years of proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in business development. |
| Assistant Manager Treasury | BBA/MBA (Finance) or CFR (Minimum Level 2). | 3 years of relevant experience in treasury/finance. Hands-on experience in cash flow management and banking operations. |
| Audit Officer | CA (in progress), ACCA (Member), or BBA/MBA (Accounting/Finance). | 2 years of experience in Audit, Finance, or Accounts. Role involves risk identification and ensuring regulatory compliance. |
