Pakistan Horticulture Development & Export Company (PHDEC) is hiring a Company Secretary on a 3-year contract in Islamabad.

✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Qualifications (Must have one of the following):
- Member of a recognized body of professional accountants (ICAP/ICMAP); OR
- Member of a recognized body of corporate or chartered secretaries (ICSP); OR
- A Law degree from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate, legal, or regulatory affairs.
- Preference: Given to candidates with experience in Public Sector Companies and State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs).
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years at the time of application.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2017, Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013, and SOEs Ownership and Management Policy 2023.
- Organize and document Board and Committee meetings, including preparing minutes.
- Act as the main liaison with the SECP and other regulatory bodies.
- Advise the Board on corporate governance, legal, and regulatory matters.
- Manage corporate filings, disclosures, and statutory reporting.
