- Preference: Experience in the public sector or large-scale industrial entities.
- Age Limit: Up to 50 years.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
The Manager will be responsible for ensuring PMDC’s legal compliance and managing its legal affairs, including:
- Ensuring operations comply with mining, environmental, labor, PPRA, and safety laws.
- Developing policies for legal compliance and corporate governance.
- Identifying and mitigating legal risks.
- Managing all commercial, civil, and criminal litigation.
- Overseeing labor disputes and providing legal advice to all departments.
- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, and tender documents (RFPs).
