Job Summary: Executive Director (HR/Admin) at PNSC
Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC), the national flag carrier, is seeking a highly experienced HR professional for a senior leadership role.
1. Position Details
- Job Title: Executive Director (HR/Admin)

2. Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education:
- MBA (HR) / MPA (HR) / Master’s in HR from an HEC-recognized university (local or foreign).
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing HR functions.
- At least 5 years in a Head of HR or leading role within a large, reputable organization.
- Key Expertise Required:
- Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations at all levels.
- Developing competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Organizational Restructuring, Reorganization, and Training & Development.
- Succession Planning across all company segments.
- Strong background in interacting with government departments and regulatory bodies.
3. Skills & Competencies
- Leadership, Analytical, and Decision-Making skills.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
- Proven ability in administration, developing HR systems, and formulating/implementing HR policies.
4. Terms of Appointment
- Contract Type: Contractual, initially for two years (extendable by mutual consent).
- Salary: A market-based remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience.
- Legal Compliance: Appointment will be made under the State-Owned Enterprises (SOE) Act 2023, PNSC Ordinance 1979, and other applicable laws. The candidate must meet the “Fit and Proper Criteria.”
