JOB OPPORTUNITY: HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATOR
Qualifications / Experience:
Candidates must possess a Master’s degree in Hospital or Health Services Management, Business Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or a related management discipline from a recognized institution. An additional MBBS or medical qualification, along with a Master’s in management, will be considered an advantage. Preference will be given to candidates with at least seven (07) years of experience in senior management roles.
Responsibilities:
The Hospital Administrator will be responsible for leading and managing the hospital’s administrative and non-clinical operations, including:
- Financial management and budgeting
- Human resources
- Procurement
- Facilities and building maintenance
- Ancillary and support services
- Other administrative functions as required
The role reports directly to the Board of Directors.
