Employment Opportunities 2025
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Private Partnership Unit acts as a resource center on Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) by providing expertise in technical, financial, economic, and legal matters. The Unit is seeking applications from qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals with requisite skillset for contract-based positions on open merit under the ADP funded, “Establishment of PPP Support Unit in P&D Department” project, against the following positions:

1 | Research Analyst | 6 | Bachelors/ 16 years education (MA/MSc) in relevant discipline or higher qualification. Relevant Disciplines: <br> i. ST&IT (Computer Science, Information System, Software Engineering, IT, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Engineering) <br> ii. Agriculture & Livestock (Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences, Agribusiness) <br> iii. Mines & Minerals (Mines and Mineral Engineering, Geology, Geological Engineering) <br> iv. Tourism (Tourism and Hospitality Management, Business Administration) <br> v. Energy & Power (Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy) <br> vi. Industries (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering; Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering) | Minimum 5 years, inclusive of two years’ experience in the relevant sectors with Government/PPP projects/donor-funded projects. <br> Sector Specific Knowledge Candidates with the following sector-specific knowledge will be preferred: <br> – Relevant certification (PMP/ CP3P/ Climate Change any other relevant recognized certification to the sector) <br> – Research Papers |
2 | PPP Specialist | 1 | Bachelors/ 15 years education (MA/MSc) in relevant discipline (i.e. Accounting and Finance/ Business Administration/ Public Policy/ Public Administration/ Economics/ Commercial & Corporate Law/ Engineering/ CA/ ACCA/ CFA) or higher qualification. | Minimum 8 years (with government/ PPP/donor-funded project experience), inclusive of 3 years’ experience related to PPP projects identification, selection, preparation, appraisal, and other stages of the PPP project cycle. <br> Sector Specific Knowledge Candidates with the following sector-specific knowledge will be preferred: <br> – CP3P <br> – PMP or any other equivalent Project Management certification. |
3 | Financial Specialist | 1 | Bachelors/ 16 years education (MA/MSc) in relevant discipline (Economics/ CA/ ACCA/ CFA/ Business Administration, Finance & Accounting) or higher qualification. | Minimum 8 years (with government/ PPP/donor-funded projects experience, inclusive of 3-year PPP experience related to PPP projects identification, selection, preparation, appraisal, and other stages of the PPP project cycle. <br> Sector Specific Knowledge Candidates with the following sector-specific knowledge will be preferred: <br> – CP3P <br> – PMP or any other equivalent Project Management certification <br> – Relevant international certification in Financial Modelling, Project Finance |
General Conditions
- a) Applicants possessing relevant qualification and experience shall submit their applications through Registered Courier at the address given below and through email (chief.ppp@pndkp.gov.pk) latest by 11-06-2025.
- b) Applicants are also required to submit their applications in hard forms (attested copies of degrees (matric onwards), transcripts, experience certificates, professional certifications, CV/Resume and CNIC etc.) along with online application till the closing date.

- d) Detailed eligibility criteria and TORs are available on P&D Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa website https://pndkp.gov.pk/
- e) Incomplete applications or applications received after the closing date shall be rejected.
- f) Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact shall lead to disqualification of the applicant.
- g) All appointments against the above positions shall be made purely on a contract basis.
- h) Applicants shall be offered a lump sum package as per the approved policy/special rate.
- i) PPP Unit reserves the right to increase or decrease the no. of positions without assigning any reason.
- j) Employees from Govt. Entities/Authorities/Companies whether Provincial or Federal may apply against the above positions through proper channel. Departmental NOC is mandatory, otherwise, the application may be rejected.
- k) Only shortlisted applicants shall be invited for test/interview. No TA/DA shall be admissible.
- l) The Unit reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
