PRINCIPALS REQUIRED: DHA EDUCATION SYSTEM, LAHORE

To develop and implement DHA Education System’s vision, mission and curriculum, ensuring academic standards and fostering a culture of excellence, we are seeking to employ highly motivated and experienced professional educationists (male & female) as principals of our institutions.
Eligibility Criteria

| Age | 52 Years |
| Minimum Qualification | MS / MPhil / BS / Masters / regular degree or equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized institution affirming minimum 16 years of education. |
| Experience |
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Principal (school / college) at reputed private or public educational institutions. • Minimum 12 years’ total experience of teaching & administrative posts in educational institutions / organizations (private / public). • Experience of National Stream, Cambridge, and Degree College will be preferred. • Proven track record of outstanding results of SSC / HSSC / Cambridge / University levels. |
| Skills & Competencies |
• Leadership & command ability. • Highly effective interpersonal and managerial skills. • Intellectual role model; expert at public schooling & pedagogy. • Clear understanding of personality development & grooming of students. • Ability to develop effective strategies to improve educational performance of students. • Sound knowledge of teaching strategies for guidance, grooming & training of teachers.
• Good grip on practices & modalities of educational system in Pakistan. |
