Tenure:
The appointment shall initially be for a period of 03 years on lumpsum basis with 06 months’ probation extendable subject to satisfactory performance/requirement of the organization without any consideration for regularization at any stage.
Pay Package:
For Serving Employees: Last pay drawn alongwith perks & privileges of BPS-20 as admissible under the rules.
For Retired Employees: Lumpsum package of Rs. 675,000/- per month alongwith WAPDA vehicle.
