Provincial Assembly of Sindh Vacancy Announcement (CORRIGENDUM)

With reference to the Provincial Assembly of Sindh advertisement published in various leading newspapers including Daily Dawn, Jang, Kawish and Ibrat on 03.06.2023 regarding recruitment in the Provincial Assembly of Sindh including the position title, “Data Entry Operator and Stenographer” bearing serial number 14 & 15, it is notified that the following amendments have been made in the said advertisement. However, all other terms and conditions shall remain the same. The last date for submission of application forms is extended up to 19.06.2023. Interested candidates can apply for the under mentioned vacancies on prescribed application form, available on the official website of the Pakistan Testing Service (PTS) www.pts.org.pk.

GENERAL RULES

  1. The posts of the Govt. of Sindh governed by the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973 and rules made there under. The initial appointment will be on probationary basis for a period of two years.
  2. Candidates already in Govt. Service should apply through proper channel. The candidates shall produce NOC from the concerned department at the time of interview.
  3. Age relaxation will be given as per Government rules.
  4. Only the shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
  5. All the candidates applying for the post must possess domicile of Sindh Province.
  6. The candidates must have valid CNIC.
  7. The competent authority reserves the right to cancel any or all the vacancies.
  8. The applications should be accompanied with attested copies of all educational documents, experience certificates, domicile, CNIC and 02 recent passport size photographs.
  9. The applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
  10. Candidates must mention the post applied for on the top right corner of the envelope.
  11. Government employees must provide NOC from their respective departments.
  12. Degree/Diploma obtained from a recognized institution of Higher Education Commission as the case may be.
  13. Candidates may apply for more than one post.
  14. Candidates applying for more than one post should submit separate application form for each post along with separate fee.
  15. No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates for test/interview.
  16. In case of any dispute, the decision of the competent authority shall be final.
  17. The age will be calculated as on the closing date for submission of application forms.
  18. The date of written test/interview will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates through SMS/Call/Email.
  19. Special quota for women, minority and disabled persons will be considered as per policy of Govt. of Sindh.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
• The candidates must deposit the test fee in any branch of the HBL.
• The application form is available on the website of PTS (www.pts.org.pk).
• The candidates must submit the application form along with original deposit slip of prescribed fee through courier service to PTS Headquarters, Islamabad.
• The candidates must bring original CNIC and deposit slip at the time of written test.
• The candidates must clearly mention the post applied for on the top right corner of the envelope.
• The candidates must mention the name of the district in the application form.
