Job Summary: Legal Consultant at PCMMDC
The Punjab Cattle Market Management and Development Company (PCMMDC), a public sector company of the Punjab Government, is hiring Legal Consultants for a one-year retainer-ship contract (extendable).
Key Details:
- Positions: 09 (One for each division in Punjab)
- Locations: Faisalabad, Bahawalpur, D.G. Khan, Gujranwala, Lahore, Multan, Rawalpindi, Sahiwal, Sargodha.
- Application Deadline: 24th September, 2025
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Qualification: LLB or LLB (Hons).
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of active legal practice as an advocate in lower courts.
- License: Must possess a High Court License.
- Age Limit: Maximum 45 years on the closing date.
- Bar Membership: Must be an enrolled member of the District Bar Association of the division they are applying for.
- Trial Experience: Must have conducted at least one complete trial (to a final judgment) in each of the following: Civil Court, Magistrate Court, and Session Court.
- Knowledge: Must be well-versed in corporate law, especially for Public Sector Companies.
- Office: Must have a legal practicing office in the relevant division.

The application must include a detailed Resume/CV and a profile/success history, along with attested copies of the following documents:
- 03 Passport size photographs
- Detailed CV
- Valid CNIC copy
- Educational degrees (verified by HEC & relevant Board)
- Valid Punjab Bar Council License
- Experience Certificate (issued by the President of the Bar and countersigned by the Session Judge)
- Copies of one case from each court category (Civil, Magistrate, Session) tried by the candidate
- Enrollment certificate of Punjab Bar Council
- A declaration on the applicant’s letterhead stating their office address
Important Notes:
- You can only apply for the division where you are a registered bar member.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview; no travel allowance (TA/DA)will be provided.
- Incomplete applications will not be considered.
