REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
(Hiring of Individual Consultant – Program Officer)
Punjab Clean Air Program (PCAP) is a World Bank funded program aimed at reducing emissions and improving air quality, thereby enhancing public health and contributing to sustainable transport infrastructure in Punjab. The PCAP-CMU intends to fill the following position:

Submission Guidelines & Terms
- Required Documents: Interested individuals are required to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) along with:
- Updated CV
- Attested copies of educational certificates/degrees
- Experience certificates
- Latest photograph
- Copy of CNIC
- Deadlines: Incomplete EOIs or those received after the due date will not be considered.
- Interview: Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview and no TA/DA will be paid in this regard.
- Verification: The service of selected individual will be terminated if their degree(s)/educational certificates are found bogus.
- Regulations: Hiring of Individual Consultant – Program Officer will be made as per World Bank Procurement Regulations.
- Government Employees: Government servants are required to submit a NOC (No Objection Certificate) from their present employer.

- How to Apply: The EOIs, complete in all respects, can be submitted through post/courier at the following address on or before February 20th, 2026 during office hours.
