- Master’s degree (or equivalent 16 years of education) in Urdu with a minimum 2nd Division.
- A minimum CGPA of 2.50/4.00 or 3.50/5.00 is acceptable.
- Degree must be from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
- Ed. or B.Ed. is a strong advantage.
- Teaching experience in a well-reputed institution.
- Specific Skills Required:
- Sound knowledge of Urdu grammar and composition.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Flawless pronunciation.
- Ability in creative writing and mastery of literary genres.
- Age Limit: Up to 45 years.

Selection Process
- Shortlisting: B ased on academic marks, additional qualifications, and teaching experience.
- Written Test: Only shortlisted candidates will be invited.
- Demonstration & Interview: Top performers from the written test will be called for a teaching demonstration and interview.
Important Conditions
- No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be paid for tests or interviews.
- Verification: All provided information is subject to verification. Any false information will lead to immediate termination.
- Transfer: The selected candidate can be transferred to any other Centre of Excellence in Punjab.
