Job Summary: Vice Chancellor, University of Rasul
The Government of Punjab’s Higher Education Department is inviting applications for the position of Vice Chancellor at the University of Rasul, Mandi Baha Ud Din.
Key Responsibilities
The Vice Chancellor will act as the principal executive and academic officer, responsible for promoting teaching, research, publications, and the overall administration and efficiency of the university.
Essential Requirements
To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Be 65 years of age or younger on the application deadline.
- Hold a PhD from an HEC-recognized or UNESCO-listed institution.
- Have experience in a senior academic, research, or management leadership
- Possess a distinguished record of research and publications.
- Provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC)from their current employer before the interview.
Terms & Salary
- Term: A four-year appointment.
- Salary: A maximum salary equivalent to a Professor on the Tenure Track System, as per government approval.
