  • 20 years total experience, with 10 years in the mineral sector + 5 years in senior management.

• Preferred:

  • Experience in business case analysis, transaction advisory services, or prior roles as CEO/COO/MD/DC.

3. Age Limit: Maximum 62 years (as of application deadline).

• Contract: 3 years (renewable based on performance).
