Punjab Public Private Partnership Authority (PPPA) is an Autonomous Body of Finance Department, Government of the Punjab, established under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984. The PPPA is mandated to facilitate, support and oversee the implementation of Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects in Punjab. PPPA is looking for qualified, experienced and motivated professionals with requisite skills and aptitudes for the following positions on contract basis:

| 1. | Director (General Projects) | Master’s degree with 18 years education in Engineering/Finance/Economics/Business Administration/Public Policy or relevant field. Candidates with higher qualifications shall be given additional marks. | 18 years’ experience with leadership experience in managing large scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the public sector or PPP projects. |
| 2. | Director (Sector Specific Projects) | Master’s degree with 18 years education in Engineering/Urban Planning/Transport Economics/Business Administration/Public Policy or relevant field. Candidates with higher qualifications shall be given additional marks. | 18 years’ experience with leadership experience in managing large scale infrastructure projects, preferably in the transport, urban development or municipal services sectors. |
| 3. | Specialist (Legal & Regulatory Affairs) | A Government Officer of BS-18 having a degree in Law or LLB from a recognized university. Candidates with higher qualifications shall be given additional marks. | 10 years’ experience in legal and regulatory affairs, with experience in PPP projects an advantage. Alternatively, a professional with 15 years of experience in the relevant field. |
| 4. | Specialist (Financial & Investment Appraisal) | A Government Officer of BS-18 having a Master’s degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration or relevant field. Candidates with higher qualifications shall be given additional marks. | 10 years’ experience in financial and investment appraisal, with experience in PPP projects an advantage. Alternatively, a professional with 15 years of experience in the relevant field. |
| 5. | Specialist (Technical Engineering) | A Government Officer of BS-18 having a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field. Candidates with higher qualifications shall be given additional marks. | 10 years’ experience in technical engineering, with experience in PPP projects an advantage. Alternatively, a professional with 15 years of experience in the relevant field. |
| 6. | Specialist (Environment & Social Safeguards) | Master’s degree in Environmental Science/Environmental Engineering/Social Sciences/Development Studies or relevant field. Candidates with higher qualifications shall be given additional marks. | 10 years’ experience in environmental and social safeguards, with experience in PPP projects an advantage. |
| 7. | Specialist (Contract Management) | A Government Officer of BS-18 having a degree in Engineering/Law/Business Administration or relevant field. Candidates with higher qualifications shall be given additional marks. | 10 years’ experience in contract management, with experience in PPP projects an advantage. |
| 8. | Specialist (Communication & Stakeholder Relations) | Master’s degree in Mass Communication/Journalism/Public Relations/Marketing or relevant field. Candidates with higher qualifications shall be given additional marks. | 7 years’ experience in communication and stakeholder relations, with experience in PPP projects an advantage. |
| 9. | Specialist (Monitoring & Evaluation) | Master’s degree in Economics/Statistics/Project Management or relevant field. Candidates with higher qualifications shall be given additional marks. | 7 years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation, with experience in PPP projects an advantage. |
| 10. | Specialist (IT Infrastructure) | Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology/Computer Engineering or relevant field. Candidates with higher qualifications shall be given additional marks. | 7 years’ experience in IT infrastructure, with experience in large-scale projects an advantage. |
| 11. | Specialist (Risk Management) | Master’s degree with higher qualifications in Finance/Economics/Business Administration/Risk Management or relevant field. | 10 years’ experience in risk management, with experience in PPP projects an advantage. |
| 12. | Specialist (Transaction Advisory & Structuring) | A Government Officer of BS-18 having a Master’s degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration or relevant field. Candidates with higher qualifications shall be given additional marks. | 10 years’ experience in transaction advisory and structuring, with experience in PPP projects an advantage. |
| 13. | Specialist (Financial Modeling & Analysis) | A Government Officer of BS-18 having a Master’s degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration or relevant field. Candidates with higher qualifications shall be given additional marks. | 10 years’ experience in financial modeling and analysis, with experience in PPP projects an advantage. |
| 14. | Specialist (Project Development & Implementation) | A Government Officer of BS-18 having a degree in Engineering/Urban Planning/Economics/Finance/Business Administration or relevant field. Candidates with higher qualifications shall be given additional marks. | 10 years’ experience in project development and implementation, with experience in PPP projects an advantage. |
| 15. | Specialist (Research & Policy) | Master’s degree in Economics/Public Policy/Development Studies or relevant field. Candidates with higher qualifications shall be given additional marks. | 7 years’ experience in research and policy analysis, with experience in infrastructure or PPP projects an advantage. |
| 16. | Specialist (Tax Advisory) | CA/ACCA/ACMA/MBA Finance/MSc Economics or equivalent qualifications from HEC recognized university. Candidates with higher qualification shall be given additional marks. | 05 years experience of dealing with taxation matters including preparation and filling of various types of tax returns and completing the required compliance. |
| 17. | Specialist (Financial Management) | CA/ACCA/ACMA/MBA Finance/MSc Economics or equivalent qualifications from HEC recognized university. Candidates with higher qualification shall be given additional marks. | 05 years experience of working in Financial Management including preparation of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and completing the required compliance. |
| 18. | Specialist (Internal Audit) | CA/ACCA/ACMA/MBA Finance/MSc Economics or equivalent qualifications from HEC recognized university. Candidates with higher qualification shall be given additional marks. | 05 years experience of working in Internal Audit functions including conducting operational, financial and compliance audits and completing the required compliance. |
| 19. | Specialist (Procurement Management) | A Government Officer of BS-18 having a degree in Engineering/Law/Business Administration or relevant field. Candidates with higher qualifications shall be given additional marks. | 7 years’ experience in procurement management, with experience in public sector organizations or PPP projects an advantage. |
| 20. | Specialist (HR Management) | MBA (HRM) / MPA or equivalent qualifications from HEC recognized university. Candidates with higher qualification shall be given additional marks. | 07 years experience in Human Resource Management including recruitment, training & development, performance management and other HR related activities. |
| 21. | Specialist (MIS) | Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent qualifications from HEC recognized university. Candidates with higher qualification shall be given additional marks. | 07 years experience in Management Information System including design, development, implementation and maintenance of MIS and related systems. |
| 22. | Delivery Lead | Master’s degree in Project Management/Engineering/Business Management/Development Economics or relevant field. Candidates with higher qualifications shall be given additional marks. | 10 years experience of line analysis including project planning, monitoring, reporting and evaluation of projects in public sector organizations or with experience in PPP projects an advantage. |
| 23. | Manager (Contract Management) | A Government Officer of BS-17 having a degree in Engineering/Law/Business Administration or relevant field. Candidates with higher qualifications shall be given additional marks. | 05 years’ experience in contract management, with experience in public sector organizations or PPP projects an advantage. |
| 24. | Manager (Procurement Management) | A Government Officer of BS-17 having a degree in Engineering/Law/Business Administration or relevant field. | 25. | Finance Officer | MBA Finance/MSc Economics or equivalent qualifications from HEC recognized university. Candidates with higher qualification shall be given additional marks. | 03 years experience of working in financial management including preparation of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and completing the required compliance. |
| 26. | Admin Officer | Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications from HEC recognized university. Candidates with higher qualification shall be given additional marks. | 03 years experience of working in administration and office management including handling of office correspondence, logistics and other administrative matters. |
| 27. | MIS Officer | Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent qualifications from HEC recognized university. Candidates with higher qualification shall be given additional marks. | 03 years experience of working in management information system including data entry, data analysis and report generation. |
