The Punjab Social Protection Authority (PSPA) is hiring a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for its flagship Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER) project. This is a high-level, contract-based position with a competitive salary, aimed at a seasoned IT leader who will architect the technological foundation for Punjab’s social protection systems.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 16 years of education (Master’s degree or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- The degree must be from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
Experience:
- At least 10 years of overall experience in IT management.
- Within that, a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale IT operations.
- Familiarity with big data technologies, cloud platforms, data warehousing, and cybersecurity tools and techniques.

Terms and Conditions
