2. Position Details
A. Well-being and Nutritional Specialist (PPS-09)
- Education Required:
- Essential: MBBS from a reputable university.
- Essential: Master’s degree in Human Nutrition, Public Health, Dietetics, Food & Nutrition Science, or equivalent.
- Preferable: Recognized certification/diploma in Public Health Nutrition, Maternal & Child Health, or Food Security.
- Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in nutrition programs.
- Experience in developing wellbeing/nutrition plans/policies and implementation plans.
- Experience in a development or humanitarian context is preferred.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (policymakers, experts, field officials).
B. Assessment Specialist/Consultant (PPS-09)
- Education Required:
- Essential: Master’s degree in Education, Educational Measurement, Social Sciences, or related fields.
- Preferable: Ph.D. in a relevant discipline.
- Experience Required:
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in educational assessment, student testing, or large-scale evaluation systems.
- Experience with government, UN agencies, or development partners is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to design assessment frameworks, item banks, and implementation plans.
- Proven knowledge of assessment frameworks like NAT, QRF, TIMSS, or PISA.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
