- Applications should be submitted on the prescribed form available at SIPM&R.
- Attach attested copies of educational degrees, experience certificates, CNIC, domicile, and two recent passport-sized photographs.
- Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview.
- Clearly mention the post applied for on the envelope.
- Deposit Rs. 1500/- as application processing fee in favor of Sindh Institute of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (SIPM&R) at Bank Al Habib Ltd., KMC Branch, Karachi.
- Candidates already in government service should apply through proper channel.
