About the Role
This is a pivotal leadership position where you will support the Group CFO in managing the organization’s financial strategy, operations, and reporting. The ideal candidate will be a skilled financial leader passionate about driving success through fiscal management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Group CFO with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Manage daily accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and project finances.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements and internal controls.
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance team.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and regulators.
Qualifications & Experience
- Mandatory Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant) or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Skills:
- Expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial software.
