Director of Finance
The Director of Finance will lead financial and banking operations, investment management, financial governance, liquidity management, and risk management to support the Group’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on financial transactions, including loan syndication, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and equity operations.
- Develop relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure funding.
- Forecast capital needs, prepare budgets, and ensure adequate banking limits (FP&A).
- Contribute to strategy development with a focus on prudent, risk-adjusted growth.
- Prepare management reports for senior leadership.
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, and financial modeling, ensuring compliance with IPO regulations.
- Lead the team in managing bank dealings and ensuring compliance.
Experience Required:
- Degree in Finance or professional qualification (CA, CFA).
- Experience in the banking sector.
- 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong networking skills with corporate and senior banking executives.
