Applications are invited from desirous candidates who are permanent residents and domiciled in District Chitral Lower, meeting the required conditions, to fill the following posts in the District Judiciary Lower Chitral. TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Every candidate will fill out the application form downloaded from the website of this court (districtcourtschitral.gov.pk) and submit it manually or by post.
- A character certificate from reliable local persons (who are not relatives of the candidate) certifying good character must be attached with the application, with signatures, name, father’s name, CNIC number, permanent address, and mobile number of the verifiers mandatory. A sample character certificate is available on the court’s website with the application form.
- Candidates wishing to apply for more than one post will submit a separate application for each post.
- The application form must be submitted with a recent passport size photograph pasted and attested (verified) copies of educational certificates (all educational certificates obtained so far), domicile certificate, CNIC, etc.
- For Naib Qasid, Chowkidar / Mali, it is mandatory to attach a valid registration certificate issued by the Employment Exchange Chitral with the application.
- A character certificate issued by the Principal of the last educational institution must be attached with the application.
- For serial numbers 01 to 03, age will be determined as of 01.12.2025, while for serial number 04, age will be determined as of the last date for submission of applications. However, age relaxation will be given according to the prevailing law.
- Employees of government / semi-government institutions are required to attach departmental NOC with the application.
- Salary and other allowances will be given according to law and rules.
- Legal action will be taken against those who provide false information and fake documents.
- The interview date and location will be informed later through the website. No TA/DA will be given for the interview.
- The number of posts can be increased or decreased.
- The appointment will be made purely on merit.
- Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.
- Application forms can be downloaded from the website of this court (districtcourtschitral.gov.pk) and the District & Sessions Judge Lower Chitral office.
- The appointment will be made according to the rules of the Peshawar High Court, Peshawar and the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- The court reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason.
