The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) is hiring for its Investigation Department in Karachi. The application deadline for both positions is November 18, 2025.
1. Manager, Investigation Department
- Location: Karachi
- Number of Vacancies:1
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complaints against members/students and prepare documents for Investigation Committee meetings.
- Investigate and present cases of professional misconduct.
- Implement decisions made by the Investigation Committee.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAP Member).
- 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong skills in report writing, analysis, communication, and management.
2. Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager, Investigation Department
- Location: Karachi
- Number of Vacancies:1
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Investigation with cases and committee functions.
- Analyze complaints, draft committee reports, meeting minutes, and official letters/notices.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must have completed the mandatory ICAP training period.
- Must have passed at least 3 papers of the CFAP (Certified Finance & Accounting Professional) stage.
- Experience in regulatory inspections, compliance, legal affairs, or secretarial work is required.
- Proficiency in drafting, report writing, and analytical skills.
General Information for All Positions
- Retirement Age:60 years.
- Remuneration: A market-competitive salary and benefits package is offered.
- Note for Manager Position: The package includes an ICAP-Maintained Car.
