Position Title:
Organization: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP)
Position: Assistant Manager Administration
Location: Gujranwala (reports to Regional Head North in Lahore)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and maintain a professional environment.
- Assist students, members, and visitors with queries and guidance.
- Manage documentation (admission/exam forms, trainee contracts, membership applications).
- Coordinate events, seminars, and workshops.
- Handle administrative tasks including office management, records, and basic accounts.
- Support exam-related administrative arrangements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field from an HEC-recognized university.
- 3–5 years of experience in office administration, student affairs, or operations (preferably in education/professional institutions).
- Documentation, records management, and event coordination experience preferred.
- Knowledge of ICAP structure/CA pathways is an advantage.
