| Qualifications | – BS/BSc (16 years) in Rural Sociology, Agricultural Extension, Horticulture, or related fields. – 2+ years in rural/community development preferred. |
– MSc in Marketing, Agriculture, Horticulture, or Plant Pathology. – 2–3 years in agricultural marketing preferred. |
| Responsibilities | – Frequent travel to villages. – Coordinate fieldwork and report-writing. – Act as focal person for project communication. – Implement project plans at assigned sites. |
– Frequent travel to project sites. – Support fieldwork and stakeholder coordination. – Communicate with farmers and market actors. – Assist in project implementation. |
