Job Summary: Medical Superintendent
- Position: Medical Superintendent
- Hospital: THQ Hospital Khar, Fort Munro, Distt. Dera Ghazi Khan
- Managing Organization: Shaheen Foundation, PAF
Qualifications & Experience:
- Essential Qualification: MBBS with an advanced degree in Health Care Administration.
- Experience: At least 10 years of senior management experience in healthcare.
- Skills Required:
- Proven leadership and operational management success.
- Experience in setting strategies for healthcare organizations.
- In-depth knowledge of key health policies, local bylaws, and healthcare standards (e.g., ISO/JCI).
- Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of hospital management.
Major Responsibilities:
The Medical Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Initiating and developing a strategic hospital plan.
- Providing direction for clinical delivery, financial, human resource, training, and quality management.
- Ensuring the efficient functioning of all hospital programs and services.
Terms & Benefits:
- Salary: A market-competitive salary, offered based on qualification and experience.
- Contract: Appointment is on an annual contract basis, extendable based on performance.
- Accommodation: A single furnished accommodation will be provided.
