1. Finance Manager
- Role Overview: To manage the company’s finances, ensure sound financial practices, and support decision-making under the CFO. Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and financial planning according to Government rules.
- Cash flow management and forecasting.
- Managing funds from the Government of Sindh and multilateral partners.
- Processing payments in compliance with internal and donor guidelines.
- Maintaining accurate accounting records.
- Preparing financial reports for donors and annual statements for auditors.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Option 1:CA, CMA, ACCA with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience (including 3 years in a managerial role).
- Option 2:MBA in Finance with 10 years of overall experience (including 5 years in a managerial role).
- Preference: Candidates with experience on projects funded by the Government and multilateral partners (World Bank, Asian Development Bank, etc.).
2. Quantity Surveyor
- Role Overview: To manage cost and contracts for building, structure, and road projects.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualification: Tech (HONS) in Civil Engineering or related field from an HEC-recognized institute.
- Experience: At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in Quantity Surveying. Experience with Multinational & Donor Agency Infrastructure Projects is required.
- Advantage: Professional training in quantity surveying and/or experience on infrastructure projects.
3. Assistant Manager Resettlement
- Role Overview: To manage land acquisition and resettlement processes during the project’s planning and implementation.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, Anthropology, Land Administration, Urban Planning, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in resettlement and land acquisition for development projects, preferably funded by multilateral banks.
4. Document Controller
- Role Overview: To efficiently manage, organize, and maintain all company and project-related documents in electronic and physical formats.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in documentation, record management, or administrative support, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or transport projects.
5. Contract Specialist
- Role Overview: To oversee performance-based contracts for service providers and vendors, ensuring compliance with policies and legal standards.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and monitor contracts for compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams on vendor engagement.
- Assist in developing new vendor contracts.
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Economics, Finance, Management, Law, Contracts, or a related field.
- Training: Specialized training in procurement, contract administration (ADB/World Bank systems), FIDIC, and negotiation.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in infrastructure projects, with at least 3 years in ADB or other Multilateral Development Bank (MDB) contract systems.
- Preference: Candidates with an engineering background.
