VACANCY FOR NON-TEACHING POST
The University of Education, Lahore (UE Lahore) was established in 2002 and is a large multi-campus, multi-city and multi-discipline University of Pakistan. We are in search of suitable candidates for the following Position:

i) PhD in any discipline or equivalent qualification from an institute or a University recognized by the HEC; and ii) eight years post qualification teaching or administrative or professional experience in a public or private institute or university recognized by the HEC or public sector organization. OR i) MS or MPhil (second division) in any discipline or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by the HEC; and ii) ten years post qualification teaching or administrative or professional experience in a public or private institute or university recognized by the HEC or public sector organization. OR i) Master’s Degree or BS (second division) in any discipline or equivalent qualification from an institute or a university recognized by the HEC; and ii) twelve years post qualification teaching or administrative or professional experience in a public or private institute or university recognized by the HEC or public sector organization. How to Apply
- The candidates are required to apply online through university job portal ue.edu.pk/jobs/. The candidates are also required to submit signed hardcopy/printout of same pre-filled online application form to the Registrar Office, University of Education, College Road Township Campus, Lahore. Fill online application form carefully as no editing will be allowed after submission.
- The candidates are required to print system generated fee challan and deposit job application processing fee as mentioned on challan in any branch of Bank of Punjab.
- The candidates are required to attach and submit attested copies of CNIC, domicile, all educational documents/certificates, experience certificates and any other relevant documents along with deposit receipt / deposited system generated fee challan amounting Rs. 4000/- on or before the closing date.
- Applications submitted without deposited system generated fee challan will not be entertained. Deposited amount is non-refundable/non-transferable.
- Closing date for submission of online applications is 02.2026 within office hours. Printed online application form along with all attached documents must be submitted on 23.02.2026 in person or via courier. Incomplete applications or applications received after due date (even dispatched through courier) will not be accepted.

General Information
- Relaxation in upper age limit may be granted to suitable candidates as per statutes / rules.
- For non-teaching positions of BS-18 and above, only experience acquired in BS-17 or higher will be considered, as per the clarification issued by the Government of the Punjab, Higher Education Department vide letter No. SO(Univ.III)Misc-1/2021 dated 12-09-
- Degrees only from HEC recognized Universities/degree awarding Institutions will be considered.
- Foreign degree holders must submit their equivalence certificate(s) issued by the HEC, Pakistan.
- The candidates presently working in Government, Semi Government and Autonomous Bodies must send their applications through proper channel only. Online applications submitted without NOC / Advance copy shall not be entertained.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
- The University is not responsible if call letters are delayed or not received due to any lapse of Courier Agency / Post Office / Telephonic message.
- Experience, where prescribed, would include equivalent experience, in a profession or in the service of an autonomous or semi-autonomous organization or well reputed private organization gained after acquiring basic requisite qualification for the post.
- University reserves the rights to conduct any test / screening for the shortlisting of candidates.
- Appointment shall be made from amongst the candidates domiciled in the Punjab.
