Job posting for the Financial Consultant position at the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore:

Position: Financial Consultant (Short-Term)

• Role: Deploy a Financial Management System and enhance financial operations.
• Key Responsibilities:
  1. Liaise with vendors to digitize/automate the conversion from single-entry to double-entry accounting.
  2. Supervise data entry and ensure successful trial runs of the automated system.
  3. Conduct a detailed study to assess financial contributions/liabilities across campuses, departments, and cost centers.
  4. Prepare job descriptions for the Treasurer’s office staff to define responsibilities and performance metrics.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: MBA (Finance), F.C.M.A, or F.C.A.
• Experience: 12+ years in public sector organizations (preferably universities).
