  1. Interested applicants must apply through the online Job Portal available on University of Gujrat’s website: https://jobs.uog.edu.pk/The job application form and all required documents, after depositing the processing fee, must be uploaded online not later than 3rd November 2025 by 04:00 PMAdditionally, the hard copies of the same application and documents must reach the Office of the Registrar (HR Section, Admin Block, First Floor, Room # 104, Hafiz Hayat Campus, University of Gujrat) by 5th November 2025. No application (in soft or hard form) will be entertained after the respective deadlines. Once submitted, the online application cannot be edited or modified under any circumstances.
  2. Applicants for the posts of Assistant Professor & Lecturer are required to submit One (01) copy of complete dossier (duly signed). The dossier must include a printed copy of the online application form along with all uploaded credentials i.e. attested copies of the Degrees & Both Sides of the Result Cards/Transcripts/Detail Marks Certificates (DMC) (Only verified Degrees/Transcripts from HEC, Boards, etc.), First Page of all Publications/Articles, Experience Certificates, “Employment Verification Proforma” (duly verified by the respective Employer/s (where applicable), NOC (if needed), Domicile and CNIC with application form complete in all respect through Postal Courier Services.
  3. Applicants are advised to read all the terms and conditions and instructions of the Advertisement carefully before submitting the application online and make sure it should be completed in all respects.
