General Instructions
- Submission: Submit attested copies of degrees, transcripts, certificates, domicile, and state subject with the prescribed application form to the Registrar, University Secretariat, University of Kotli Azad Jammu and Kashmir PC 11100.
- Deadline: Applications must reach the office by 18-02-2026 (Wednesday).

- BPS-17 to 19: 6,050/-
- BPS-06 to 16: 2,420/-
- BPS-1 to 5: 1,210/-
- Fees are payable via University Challan at HBL branches in AJ&K or via Bank Draft in favor of Treasurer, University of Kotli (A.K.).
- Shortlisting: Applicants will be shortlisted based on a written test (where required). Only the top 5 candidates per post (with 50% or above marks) will be called for interview.
