University of Narowal – Project Staff Recruitment Summary
The University of Narowal is inviting applications for contract-based positions under the HEC-funded project “Establishment of Institute of Sports.”
1. Available Positions

2. Key Application Instructions & Terms
- Application Deadline: Applications must reach the university within 15 days of the advertisement’s publication.
- Submission Method: Send via Courier Service. Hand-delivered applications will not be accepted.
- Application Package: Must include:
- Three (3)complete sets of the application.
- Duly filled application form.
- Attested copies of all educational certificates, degrees, transcripts, DMCs, CNIC, domicile, and a recent passport-size photograph.
- Application Fee: A non-refundable fee must be deposited in the designated bank account:
- For PPS-3 (Post 1): Rs. 3,000/-
- For PPS-4 (Posts 2 & 3): Rs. 500/-
- The original paid bank receipt/challan must be attached with the application. Applications without it will be rejected.
- Government Employees: Must apply through the proper channel (with NOC from their department).
- Experience: Experience from private firms is only accepted if the firm is registered with the SECP, Registrar of Firms, or other regulatory bodies.
- Foreign Degree Holders: Must provide an equivalence certificate from the HEC/IBCC.
- Age Relaxation: May be granted as per Government/University rules.
- Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview. No TA/DA will be provided.
- Nature of Job: The appointments are purely contractual and project-based. The positions will be terminated upon project completion, and selected candidates will have no right to claim permanent/regular employment.
