🎓 Eligibility Criteria

1. Education:
   • Minimum 16 years of education in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
   • Additional qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Business/Public Administration, Sociology, Social Work, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering Management from an HEC-recognized institution.
2. Experience:
   • At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in civil works project planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, hiring consultants/contractors, and procurement.
   • Experience in public sector or reputable private sector
   • Preference will be given to candidates who have executed at least one development project worth Rs. 100 million or more.
3. Age Limit: Maximum 63 years.
