CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
The University of Swabi being a Public Sector University, chartered by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites applications for the following positions on regular basis till October 18, 2025:

Second division degree (16-years) of education in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized University with a speed of 40 words per minute in typing OR ii. DIT from Board of Technical Education with five (05) years relevant experiences in a University. |
| 3 | Junior Clerk (BPS-11) (Position=2) | i. Intermediate with at least 2nd division or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board, and ii. A speed of 30 words per minute in typing |

Note:
In accordance with the provisions contained in Section 11 (5) (f) read with Section 4 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Universities Act 2012 (amended upto date), appointments in BPS-11 to 16 shall be made from Mardan Division while BPS-03 to 05 shall be made from District Swabi. In case there is no eligible candidate available within the territorial jurisdiction/division, as the case may be, candidate from adjoining places may be considered.
How to Apply:
- Candidates should fill out the application form (available on the official website uoswabi.edu.pk) and send it to the Office of the Registraralong with proof of Online Deposit and attested photocopies of all DMC’s, Degrees, Certificates, Experience Certificates, CNIC, two recent passport-size photographs, through registered postal/courier service. Incomplete applications/received after the due date will not be considered.
- The candidates are required to deposit the amount as per below table as an application processing Fee (non-refundable) through Online Deposit in Account No. PK85UNIL0109000204588555, United Bank Limited, or Account No. PK65KHYB5308003006691829, Bank of Khyber, in favour of the Treasurer, University of Swabi.
- Separate application processing fee may be deposited if applying for more than one post.

- Valid Mobile phone number (Non-ported), Email and postal addresses must be written on the Application Form. Changes in address/contact numbers must be communicated to this office on an urgent basis in writing.
Terms & Conditions
- Candidates serving in Government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies should apply through Proper Channels and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
- Age limit shall be 18 to 35 years for all the above positions. Age relaxation may be granted as per the University of Swabi Statutes/Rules/Regulations.
- CGPA less than 3.00/4.00 will be considered Second Division.
- The candidates having a Foreign Degree/Certificate must provide an Equivalency/Relevancy Certificate from HEC/IBCC, Islamabad along with the application which shall be the responsibility of the candidate. If not provided within the due date, the application will not be considered for further processing.
- Experience/qualification gained after the closing date of application shall not be considered.
- Legal action will be taken if any of the submitted documents are found fake/tampered.
- The selected candidates will be governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Universities Act 2012 and the Rules/Regulations/Statutes of the University of Swabi.
- As per the University of Swabi Statutes 2016 and relevant rules, only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called for test/Interview. No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates called for the Interview. The university will not be held responsible for non- or late receipt of Call Letters/Messages for Interviews by candidates. All relevant information/updates will be published on the university website uoswabi.edu.pk.
- The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts.
- Hiring shall be made purely on the CP Fund (Contributory Provident Fund) basis.
