Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of HEC’s strategic agenda and operational management.

Build and manage high-performing teams, fostering consensus and innovation.
Qualifications & Experience:

PhD (preferred) in any discipline.

Senior-level experience in public/private sectors with a proven track record in higher education, management, and leadership.

Demonstrated ability in financial management, team building, and recruitment.
