| – Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with PMDC’s objectives. | |
| – Identify market trends and growth opportunities to drive business expansion. | |
| – Formulate and monitor annual sales/marketing plans, setting achievable targets and success metrics. | |
| – Analyze market dynamics, customer behavior, competitor strategies, and emerging trends. | |
| – Conduct pricing analyses to optimize pricing strategies and adjust models based on market conditions. | |
| Employment Type | Open-term contract with market-based negotiable salary. |
