The Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC), a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), is seeking an experienced professional for the position of Manager (Taxation) on an open-contract basis.

| Key Responsibilities | |
| – Develop and execute short/long-term taxation strategies for informed decision-making. | |
| – Oversee financing agreements and negotiate favorable terms for PMDC. | |
| – Ensure compliance with income tax, sales tax, and customs regulations; manage filings and resolve tax-related issues. | |
| – Lead tax audits, appeals, and compliance reporting to mitigate legal risks. | |
| – Liaise with regulatory bodies (FBR, customs) for timely responses to queries/investigations. | |
| – Advise CFO and senior leadership on tax performance and strategic financial decisions. | |
| Employment Type | Open-term contract with market-based negotiable salary. |
